Today felt like a roller coaster.

But I told 6 people that I was sincerely grateful for them and why.

I didn’t do all the things on my to-do list but I showed up and was present for people today.

I’m tender though. 

By the end of the day there were tears. 

Emotion bubbles out…

But tomorrow is a new day– to be grateful for.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
